Our vacation was really wonderful. All your staff was very helpful. The Sofitel Metropole was excellent — in particular, the club level services were outstanding. Just an FYI — for a family traveling together, the layout of the bedroom and bathroom in our suite was not ideal, because there are no doors to close for privacy. The room would be better for a couple. But we managed just fine. The puppet show was a real treat — thanks for suggesting it. The Violet is a beautiful ship — wonderful crew, great activities, great chef. A few minor plumbing issues in the bathroom, but nothing major. The Nam Hai was gorgeous. The spa experience was one of the best I’ve ever enjoyed. The Sofitel Angkor Wat is a beautiful property, but compared to the other hotels, I’d rate the room as good, but not great. Of course, it’s hard to compete with the first 2 hotels! The pacing of the trip was good for us. I’m glad we did not try to squeeze in Ho Chi Minh City. That would have been too much. I hope we have the chance to come back someday. The hospitality we experienced was lovely. Thanks for all your help in arranging our trip.
